Most recently, local has been pushed back into the spotlight because of the accelerating importance of the relationship between hyperlocal and mobile marketing.
To complement local organic ranking efforts, there are many paid initiatives to support local search engine marketing strategies. Most recently, Google announced 4 tools of interests for retailers.
On April 28th, we participated in the City of Edmonton’s 15-to-Clean challenge. This initiative was started in its efforts to create a clean and safe city while adding the fun-factor of challenging us to pick up as much litter as we could in 15 minutes.
