Integrated Online Reservation System
Sentinel required a seamless integration between the website and their Point-of-Sales system to handle reservation requests. Since the Point-of-Sales system had no pre-built solution, we built a custom API. Complete with online account management, the process to rent a storage unit is completely self-serve, along with the ability to pay bills online.
In addition to the convenience it offers new and existing customers, this system saves countless hours and costs in administration.
