Creating an Online Destination for Alberta’s Premiere Art Gallery
Along with the integration of corporate branding and accompanying guidelines, the design, fittingly, is a blank canvas that moves with imagery and serves as a showcase for the gallery’s numerous exhibitions, programs and events. Social media network integration leverages the power of communication and conversations about programs and gallery exhibits.
Administrators also have the ability to add and remove exhibitions efficiently, cross reference programming per exhibition, add content as needed and update image galleries dynamically.
The Art Gallery of Alberta bills itself as a “welcoming and engaging environment where people are motivated to transform their understanding of the world by connecting with the visual arts.” The AGA required an online web presence that would serve as a destination for information on its exhibitions and programming.
