I’ve been looking up some stats today, and I have to say:
The ‘mo is a powerful thing!
Out of 14 countries participating in Movember – Canada is #1 for dollars raised. With $34,864,950 donated towards prostate cancer research, that’s almost $10,000,000 more than our big brothers to the south. Amazing what 30 days of itchy faces, repulsed spouses and frightened old ladies can accomplish. Good work Canada!

At Top Draw, our development process involves moving the site to a few locations. Some of us start on a local server, then move it to a staging location and then deploy it to a production server. The main problem with having multiple environments and URLs is that WordPress stores full urls across posts, media files, upload paths, and so on.

This post came about after a frustrating experience trying to use the Google Goggles Android app with a Scanlife QR code. I thought that Google Goggles supported all QR code formats but was surprised to learn that it doesn’t. This lead me on a quest to find the best QR code reader that Android has to offer. The below apps were all tested on a Samsung Captivate running Android 2.3.4.
