Office Administrator

Top Draw Inc. is a dynamic Edmonton creative design and web development firm and we're looking for an affable, dynamic Office Administrator to work closely with our Director of Operations.

You are a perfect fit if you have...

• A passion for people
• Honed organizational and communication skills
• A professional attitude coupled with an infectious sense of humour
• Experience with bookkeeping and invoicing
• A love for everything Internet related

You will be expected to...

• Welcome visitors, diligently answer incoming calls, file and organize documents, handle mail and couriers' packages, as well as other general reception duties
• Order supplies and generally make sure the office is always fully stocked
• Stay on top of general bookkeeping including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Book appointments, manage schedules, and most importantly - organize parties!

• Formal education/training relating to office administration
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Quickbooks is an asset
• A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in an office environment

Senior Account Manager (Business Development)

We're currently seeking a qualified Senior Account Manager who's interested in working in an open and dynamic work environment with room for opportunity and growth. Top Draw is a group of innovative minds passionate about design, branding, website development, and emerging web technologies. Responsibilities

Top Draw is seeking an experienced Account Manager who will be directly responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship with new and existing clients. This individual will be an energetic self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing the client base, and selling for Top Draw. You must be results-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities in a dynamic marketplace, with experience selling within the technology, marketing, and search industries a plus.

• Consistently achieve assigned quarterly and annual quota objectives.
• Effectively prospect, sell, and develop accounts.
• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Successfully negotiate and close sales contracts, including writing statements of work and proposals.
• Work collaboratively with all levels of staff and external strategic business partner contacts.

The Senior Account Manager will have a highly responsible, extremely demanding client-facing role, and will be expected to demonstrate a level of professionalism, focus, and overall commitment commensurate in this highly competitive market.
